Available for Static objects.

Read/Write at design time
Read only at run time

Specifies whether a Static object will underline the character following an ampersand (&). It can be one of the following values:

TRUE    Static object treats ampersands like any other character.
FALSE  Static object underlines the character following an ampersand (default).
